Submission information
When you submit a maker profile, we process the public URL and email address you enter. Payment notifications include your submission information, payment amount, and Creem order identifier. We use this information to fulfil your request, communicate with you, resolve payment issues, and maintain transaction records.
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the submission and notification email. Creem processes checkout and payment information as merchant of record under its own privacy policy. Payment card fields are handled by the payment provider. We receive the order information needed to fulfil the submission.
Publication
Your submitted public sources are used to research and write the profile. Published profiles are available to visitors, search engines, and AI search tools. Your contact email is used for correspondence and payment administration. We do not add it to your public profile unless you explicitly request publication.
Retention and requests
We retain submission and correspondence records while needed to deliver and maintain the profile, respond to requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of information that we no longer need to retain. Requests to correct public profile information can be sent to the address above.
The hosting and payment providers may process data internationally. The site also records technical usage information through its existing analytics endpoint to understand visits and operate the website.
